Bylaws

BASIC BYLAWS

1. All Listed bylaws must be followed (Exceptions: Invite Only Lobby, Jobs Outside of Public Sessions, Heists)

2. Intentional Friendly Fire is strictly forbidden (Exceptions: Invite Only Lobby, Jobs Outside of Public Sessions, Heists)

3. While Playing GTA w/ the Club or in our sessions you are expected to be in discord

​

4. The Banished Never go Passive Mode!

​

5. Keep our crew your active

​

6. Patched Members tattoo : Ride or Die : My Brothers

​

7. We allow Outfit Designers (Sunshine Silver & Bincohax) (All other types of mods is strictly forbidden and will be met with an instant kick)

8. We allow our members to use Alternate Accounts to get a release from all our bylaws, BUT. If you are playing on an alternate account you can’t play with anyone on their MC affiliated account or interfere with any of our business.

9. On our discord we have a certain channel that is PTT (Push to Talk) (Club Voice Channel)

10. Modded Outfits are allowed to be used all the time (Except if we’re in an Event of any sort)

​

11. Absence are expected to be reported, however it’s only necessary for Churches) (Once violating this it will be a warning) (Once you reach 2 warnings within a 2 weeks time it will result in a strike) (REPORT ABSENCE IN #report-absence-📋

12. The Banished now has a strike system, any violation of our bylaws will be met with a strike. (2 strikes = Demote/Kick) (Depending on the fuck up a warning should always be given before a strike follows)

13. Prospects always stays outside to guard the Clubhouse and protect the bikes while Church is going on, Hangarounds are welcome inside the Clubhouse but doesn’t have to enter, AND NEVER ENTER THE ROUND TABLE / THE CHAPEL!

14. Patches will have to have been active at least 1 month to meet the requirements of becoming a NOMAD! (If you become a Nomad it will strip you of any achievements you might've accomplished during your patched duration)

15. If Abuse of Powers is witnessed you as a Patch or Officer is obliged to jump in and either give the Abuser a verbal warning or use our Striking system. But only if there isn't a proper reason. (Example of abuse of powers: Moving, Server Muting, Kicking, Banning another member of our discord)

16. Only English speaking in all channels, only exception is if the people in the channel all have the same common tongue)

​

17. Prospects are not to give ‘’ANY’’ lib to a Patched Member once being ordered or being told off. (If both parties are bantering it’s an exception)

18. Hitting another members vehicle/bike = 2 warning = 1 Strike

(On Foot) All Assault Rifles, Pump, Double Barrel & Sawed off shotguns, Pistols, SMG’s & Snipers (Snipers are only to be used if the enemy uses snipers also a Patched member needs to call Code 101 before snipers can be used)

(On Bike) You can use SMG’s, Pump Action Shotguns, Double Barrel Shotgun & Sawed Off Shotguns, The Compact Rifle, All Pistols

(Freeroam) (Enemy On Foot) All Assault Rifles, Snipers, Pump, Double Barrel Shotgun & Sawed Off Shotguns, SMG’s LMG’s

(Enemy In Aircraft) RPG, Homing Launcher, Grenade Launcher, All Assault Rifles, Snipers, Pump Shotguns, Double Barrel Shotgun & Sawed Off Shotguns, SMG’s LMG’s

(Enemy In Armored Vehicle) RPG, Homing Launcher, Grenade Launcher, All Assault Rifles, Snipers, Pump Shotguns, Double Barrel Shotgun & Sawed Off Shotguns, SMG’s LMG’s

(Invite Only Lobbies, Jobs & Heists) No Restrictions you can use all weapons at your disposal (Unless if it's an MC War) (Banned Weapons) Minigun & Assault Shotgun

Clothing Bylaws

​

[Patched & Prospects: - While in something that is not a invite only or a job outside the public eye you are expected to wear your MC Attire (Biker Jackets) (Biker Kuttes) (Denim Jackets) (Ultra Light Vest)

[Hangarounds: (Any color / camo Sleeveless Hoodies are allowed) (T-Shirts: Charcoal T-Shirt) (Black colored normal Hoodies w/ the emblem on the back) - While playing in a Invite only or a Job outside the public eye you can wear any outfit you choose. Banned Helmets: Kevlar Helmets, Thermal Helmets & Night Vision Helmets Banned Shoes: Pink footwear, High Heels & Neon Shoes)

Banned Clothing: Suit Jackets, Fur Jackets, Stealth Jackets, Bomber Jackets, Track Jackets, Sports Tops, Vests, Team Tops, Heist Tops, Utility Vests, Loungewear.

[Banned = Do not wear in Public, Friends, Crew, Solo Sessions] [Only wear in Invite only or Jobs outside public, friends, crew, solo sessions]  While using anything that isn’t your bike you are expected to take off your kutte and wear something civil - We can use Combat Helmets (Vietnam Styled Helmets) (Variations banned: Rainbow, Pink , Zebra, Leopard , LSPD/MP, or Tiger Stripes) Event & Death Squad Attire!
